The Pini Zen Grappa di Vinacce di Teroldego (20cl) is a single-varietal distillate obtained from the fresh pomace of Teroldego grapes, a native variety of the Piana Rotaliana. Distillation occurs according to the traditional Trentino method in batch steam stills, a technique that allows for the precise extraction of the varietal's aromatic profile while preserving the characteristic structure of this red grape variety.
The sensory profile evokes notes of small red fruits and light herbaceous aromas, with a solid body and a well-integrated alcohol content. The 20cl format is practical for moderate consumption or for guided tasting, preserving the freshness of the white spirit. On the palate, it is dry and clean, making it ideal as an after-dinner drink thanks to its natural digestive ability and a persistent aroma that faithfully reflects the original raw material.
