9-Year-Old Malvasia Grappa Riserva from the Ancient Altavilla Distillery
The Grappa di Malvasia Riserva 9 anni from the Antica Distilleria di Altavilla is obtained from the distillation of pomace from Malvasia di Schierano and Castelnuovo Don Bosco. The distillate ages for nine years in wooden barrels, a prolonged aging process that allows the grape's natural aromas to blend with the structure imparted by the oak during its slow maturation in the cellar.
The organoleptic profile is characterized by notes of ripe fruit, apricot, and toasted notes, maintaining a balanced body and a velvety finish. Thanks to the depth it has acquired over time, it is particularly suitable at the end of a meal, where its aromatic complexity harmoniously accompanies the evening's conclusion.
It is a grappa that expresses the evolution of an aromatic grape variety through true aging, offering a drink with substance and character.
