Unfiltered 9-Year Reserve Nebbiolo Grappa from the Ancient Altavilla Distillery
Grappa di Nebbiolo Riserva 9 Anni Unfiltered Antica Distilleria di Altavilla is a complex and rich distillate, obtained from Nebbiolo pomace and left to rest for nine years in fine wooden barrels.
The decision not to filter allows the aromas and essential oils to be fully preserved, resulting in a deep amber color and a dense consistency. The nose opens with evolved notes of vanilla, sweet spices, tobacco, and dried fruit.
On the palate it is extremely soft, warm and enveloping, with a long and harmonious aftertaste.
Thanks to its long aging, it is an excellent product for the end of a meal, ideal for a slow meditation tasting.
