Pertichetta Grappa di Ponacce di Croatina is a distillate of character, obtained from selected pomace from the vineyard of the same name (typically associated with the Tortona Hills area).
Profile: On the nose it is enveloping and vinous, with clear hints of red fruits (marasca cherry, blackberry) and light spicy notes.
Flavor: Robust, warm, and dry on the palate. It's a structured grappa with a good aromatic persistence that confirms the fruity sensations perceived on the nose.
Ideal after a meal : Thanks to its full body and intensity, it's an excellent digestif to round off important lunches or dinners. Perfect served neat at room temperature or paired with dry pastries.
