The name, "Agapimù", derives from the Greek and means "my love", a concept that well describes the harmony of flavours contained in this distillate.
This gin combines the unique minerality of thermal water with a rich palette of fragrant botanicals. The floral notes of elderberry and milky iris bulb meet the herbaceous freshness of green tea, the ripe fruity sweetness of rennet apple, and a balsamic hint of mountain pine.
The profile evolves toward a citrus finish of sweet orange, lemongrass, and bergamot, culminating in a unique spicy/smoky note. This distinctive note is provided by the pimenton, creating a perfect and unexpected Italian-Spanish fusion.
