Description
The distillation takes place at low temperature using a discontinuous copper still. This is followed by six months of aging and stabilization in cocciopesto amphorae before bottling.
Clear, it amazes the sense of smell with a strong hint of wild juniper immediately softened by the dog rose and the herbaceous hints of helichrysum. The key element is taste. To the overpowering explosion of juniper, the balsamic note of helichrysum, the spiciness of coriander and the citrus persistence on the finish, is added the unmistakable dry taste accompanied by the pleasant mineral scent obtained thanks to the six months of maturation in cocciopesto amphorae.
