Sette Carati is a passito of extraordinary intensity and concentration, obtained from a rigorous selection of grapes left to dry naturally for several months in controlled environments.
Slow vinification and lengthy aging in small wooden barrels give this wine an extremely complex sensory profile, where notes of dried apricot, dried figs, and honey blend with elegant nuances of vanilla and toasted nuts. On the palate, it is densely enveloping and velvety, with a significant sweetness masterfully balanced by a vibrant acidity, making the sip dynamic and never cloying.
Its substantial structure and infinite aromatic persistence make it an ideal companion for the end of a meal, ideal with spicy blue cheeses, foie gras or as a refined meditation wine.
