Donna Daria is a passito from the Euganean Hills, obtained from a meticulous process of natural drying of the grapes.
The winemaking process aims to preserve the integrity of the terpene profile, resulting in a sensory profile where the sweetness is never cloying, but expertly balanced by a mineral freshness typical of volcanic soils.
On the palate it is dense and caressing, with intense hints of candied citrus peel, apricot and orange blossom honey.
The aromatic persistence is remarkable, making this wine an ideal protagonist to conclude the meal paired with small pastries, fruit desserts or bloomy-rind cheeses.
