Bitter Mèrida

Bitter Mérida Soul 84 is a modern expression of Italian artisanal liqueur making, honoring the name of the warrior nymph that represents it. It's a bitter distinguished by its complex and three-dimensional aromatic profile, perfectly balanced between bitter, balsamic, and citrus notes.

It is created by infusing selected botanicals in grain alcohol, then diluted with pure Tuscan Thermal Water, which adds a precious salinity and minerality to the sip.

The nose offers a blend of balsamic juniper and fresh citrus aromas (such as Sicilian oranges, lemon, and bergamot). The palate is dry and persistent, characterized by bitter roots (red cinchona, gentian) that blend with the juniper and the sweetness of the citrus.

With its 30% alcohol content, it is the ideal ingredient for great classic Italian cocktails, such as the Negroni, but it is also excellent enjoyed neat or on the rocks as a digestive or meditation liqueur at the end of a meal.
