Matured entirely in American oak casks that previously housed Kentucky bourbon, this whisky preserves the island's wild soul intact. The aroma is dominated by intense medicinal peat, iodine, and sea smoke, which gradually mellow to give way to notes of vanilla, coconut, and acacia honey from the American oak.
