Doragrossa Red Vermouth
Doragrossa Rosso Vermouth is a tribute to Turin's historic art of liqueur making and presents itself as a rich, full-bodied, and highly complex fortified wine. Made following an artisanal recipe rooted in the Savoy tradition, this Vermouth di Torino Rosso PGI stands out for its intense ruby color and refined aromatic profile featuring notes of absinthe, bitter orange, ginger, and cinnamon.
On the palate the experience is full and soft, characterised by a masterly balance between the sweetness of vanilla and the pleasantly bitter notes of quinine, rhubarb and chamomile.
Doragrossa Red Vermouth is excellent at the end of a meal because its spicy persistence and the bitter notes of the bark act as an elegant digestif, capable of cleansing the palate and providing a moment of pure relaxation.
