Etna Vermouth
Etna Vermouth is a refined Mediterranean digestif that encapsulates the vigorous flavors of the volcano.
Its character is given by a complex blend of botanicals, including licorice, chamomile, vanilla, and especially ripe orange peel. It has an amber color and a velvety, enveloping texture. The herbaceous and spicy notes are intense and persistent, culminating in a bitter finish that is perfectly balanced with the sweetness. This bitter note from the orange and absinthe makes it an excellent after-dinner liqueur, ideal for cleansing and satisfying the palate.
Perfect enjoyed neat or with ice and a fresh orange peel.
