Vermut Seri Pervas is the ideal conclusion to a meal, an elegant bitter disguised as vermouth.
Produced in Trieste using Carso wines (Malvasia and Terrano), the balanced infusion of botanicals such as rhubarb, gentian, and wormwood lends digestive properties. The dark ruby color hints at warm, vinous aromas.
On the palate, its structure is enveloping and complex: an initial sweet hint gives way to a powerful and persistent bitter note that cleanses the palate, making it perfect to enjoy neat or on the rocks as a refined after-dinner drink.
