Tequila Reposado Calirosa
Calirosa Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila distinguished by its distinctive peachy coral color, achieved by aging for nine months in Californian red wine barrels. This barrel aging allows the vegetal notes of the agave to blend with the richness of the wood, creating a rounded and complex flavor profile.
On the palate, it expresses hints of vanilla and caramel that blend with nuances of red fruits, maintaining a velvety texture. Due to its aromatic depth, this version is excellent at the end of a meal. The smoothness acquired during aging acts as a noble digestif, offering a warm and enveloping finish to a dinner that invites meditation and relaxation.
