Muscat de Rivesaltes Antinea Herpe Paul
Muscat de Rivesaltes Antinéa is a naturally sweet wine produced by the Herpe Paul family in Roussillon. It is a blend of Muscat d'Alexandrie and Muscat à petits grains, vinified using the mutage technique to preserve the grape's natural sugars.
On the nose, it offers aromas of exotic fruit, white peach, citrus, and light floral notes of jasmine. On the palate, the structure is soft and balanced by a fresh component that makes it easy to drink. Enjoy it after a meal and pair it with fresh pastries, fruit tarts, citrus sorbets, or fresh cheeses.
The aromatic persistence and sweetness derive from the selection of the brand's own plots exposed to the Mediterranean sun.
