Chambave Muscat Flétri La Vrille is an exceptional passito wine that embodies the essence of heroic Aosta Valley viticulture. Made from Moscato Bianco grapes left to dry on the vine and matured in special ventilated rooms, it expresses extraordinary aromatic concentration. The aroma is a mosaic of honey, sage, candied citrus, and hints of Alpine scrub.
On the palate, it reveals a velvety density, supported by an acidic texture that preserves its elegance. It's a perfect wine to pair with rich desserts, almond pastries, or Valdostane tegole, but it also excels with aged cheeses.
