Temperature-controlled vinification allows the primary aromas of the grapes to be preserved intact, offering a fragrant bouquet dominated by notes of white peach, sage and orange blossom.
On the palate it stands out for a fine and never excessive sweetness, supported by a delicate carbonation that gives liveliness to the sip.
The crisp acidity perfectly balances the residual sugar, leaving the mouth clean and fragrant. Its lively and fragrant nature makes it the ideal accompaniment to fruit desserts, small pastries, or classic holiday pastries at the end of a meal.
