This 10 Year Old Tawny Port is a blend of different vintages with an average age of ten years, aged in wood in the Douro Valley.
The ripe color and evolved bouquet are unmistakable: hints of candied fruit, dried figs, vanilla, and a delicate toasted note are evident. The taste is silky, balanced between sweetness and lively acidity, with a long finish that recalls notes of walnut.
Serve slightly chilled, ideal with mature cheeses or pâté de foie.
