Grappa La Cilien 1888 Reserve Paolazzi
Grappa La Cilien 1888 Riserva Paolazzi is a tribute to the history of the Cembra Valley, dedicated to the local distilling pioneer born that very year. It is made from a blend of native pomace processed using pot stills and aged for at least two years in wooden barrels, including barriques and large casks.
This slow maturation gives it a golden color and a complex aromatic profile, with hints of spice and fine wood. It's excellent at the end of a meal because its enveloping smoothness and clean flavor promote relaxation, transforming the digestive process into a pleasant meditation that never tires the palate.
