Grappa di Cabernet Distilleria Francesco is obtained from the distillation of Cabernet grape pomace, a grape variety that gives the distillate a strong and complex character.
The aromatic profile is marked by typical herbaceous nuances and hints of berries, which pave the way for a full-bodied and structured palate. It's an excellent after-dinner drink, thanks to its ability to deeply cleanse the palate and offer a lingering, dry finish.
It is a vigorous distillate, ideal for concluding important lunches, leaving a warm sensation that accompanies the after-dinner.
