Monleale Grappa from Barbera Pomace
Monleale Grappa di Ponacce di Barbera is a spirit with great personality obtained from the pomace of the homonymous selection from the Tortona Hills.
On the nose it is vinous and penetrating, with clear hints of ripe red fruit and light spicy notes.
On the palate it is dry, powerful and warm, revealing a solid structure and a very persistent finish.
Thanks to its strength and decisive flavour, it is an excellent product for the end of a meal, ideal to be enjoyed neat as a classic digestive.
