Derthona Grappa from Timorasso Pomace
Derthona Grappa di Ponacce di Timorasso is a clear distillate obtained from fresh pomace of Timorasso grapes from the Tortona Hills.
Profile : On the nose it is intense, with direct notes of white flowers, fresh fruit and a light mineral hint.
Flavor : Dry, warm, and well-structured on the palate. The taste is harmonious with a lingering, clean finish reminiscent of almonds.
Ideal after a meal: Thanks to its bold flavor and palate-cleansing properties, it's an excellent digestif. It's best enjoyed neat or paired with a piece of dark chocolate.
