The Grappa dedicated to Marolo's father is a product that represents a tribute and homage to the founder of the Marolo distillery, Paolo Marolo.
Being a grappa, it is produced from mixed red pomace selected in the Roero and has the highest alcohol content in the range.
White in colour, very clean and harmonious scent, full-bodied and warm flavour.
The Marolo distillery is renowned for its attention to quality and tradition, and the Grappa dedicated to the father is no exception. This distillate is carefully made using only the pomace of the best grapes, selected to guarantee a high quality final product.
