Produced by Casa Nepeta, this spirit stands out for its deep yet balanced aromatic profile, obtained from an infusion of juniper, pink pepper, bergamot, and jasmine. The combination of these Mediterranean botanicals creates a smooth, fresh, and spicy sip, enriched with delicate marine nuances.
Due to its clean lines and the complexity of its citrus and floral notes, Noto Gin is particularly suitable as a dessert. The presence of bergamot and pink pepper helps to naturally refresh the palate, offering a relaxing tasting experience that pleasantly prolongs the end of the meal.
