Old Tom Gin Visionair
Old Tom Gin Visionair is a Tuscan spirit that reinterprets the historic Old Tom style with a modern and sustainable twist. Its recipe is based on the use of bee-friendly botanicals, such as chamomile, acacia flowers, and lavender, selected to support the bee ecosystem.
Unlike 18th-century versions, this gin gets its characteristic smoothness not from added sugars, but from the natural sweetness of the flowers and a brief aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, it is silky, with citrus notes of bergamot balancing the balsamic notes of juniper.
This roundness makes it an excellent after-dinner drink, offering a sweet yet clean finish, ideal for those seeking a fragrant and well-balanced digestive.
