Peter in Florence is a refined spirit, born from the craftsmanship of a small distillery on the outskirts of Florence, in Tuscany.
Its recipe, while respecting the strict foundations of London Dry, is elevated by 14 organic botanicals sourced from local micro-producers. The undisputed star is the iris, the Florentine icon, whose root and petals are used for an intense and enveloping floral character.
Juniper is combined with bergamot and lemon peel, lavender, rosemary, and the sweetness of bitter almonds. The result is a gin of crystalline purity, perfectly balancing the classic note with a citrus freshness and an elegantly herbaceous-floral finish.
