Launched in 2019, Highclere Castle Gin celebrates Highclere Castle's centuries-old reputation as a symbol of exceptional hospitality. Even today, the Castle welcomes statesmen, scientists, and world-renowned celebrities, with evenings traditionally beginning with refined gin cocktails. This spirit is the "liquid translation" of Highclere's commitment to exquisite British traditions.

Description
The unique recipe for Highclere Castle Gin was meticulously developed over four years by entrepreneur Adam von Gootkin, in close collaboration with the Eighth Earl and Countess of Carnarvon, the current custodians of the Castle. The botanicals used are harvested directly from the ancient Highclere estate. The gin features citrus notes that blend with lavender, grown in the Monks' Garden, originally planted in the ninth century.
Completing the unique flavour, the estate’s famous Oats are masterfully woven into the recipe, creating a gin of unparalleled complexity and flavour.
