Fifty Pounds Gin is obtained from a neutral base of cereal spirit distilled four times. Rich in vegetal ingredients, it undergoes a fifth distillation in the ancient John Doore still. After at least three weeks of rest to favor the perfect blend of the ingredients given by herbs, spices, flowers and fruit, the bottling phase follows.

Born in Holland in the 17th century as a medical remedy, gin conquered England and became a pleasure of taste, contrasting French cognac.
