Sublime is the essence of Sicily enclosed in a liqueur: bittersweet, fresh, pungent and sensual.
Artisanally produced by Casa Allora (Palermo) using a completely manual process, it uses only fresh Sicilian lime peel, without additives or colorants. The result is a unique liqueur with an intense flavor that perfectly balances the lime's acidity and aroma.
Perfect for finishing a meal as a chilled digestif or as a distinctive ingredient in exotic and refined cocktails, adding a modern, Mediterranean twist. A true "slow spirit" of Sicily.
