The result is an eggnog cream that is not at all cloying given by a balanced blend between the traditional recipe from the Langhe and that of the Turin tradition.

This zabaglione in a jar is suitable for every season, alone or in company. In summer you can put it in the freezer obtaining a delicious refreshing and enveloping mousse, in winter you can taste it at room temperature or hot adding fresh whipped cream if desired. Also ideal for preparing desserts.
