Zibibbo Passito Zhabib Hibiscus
Zibibbo Passito Zhabib Hibiscus comes from the volcanic vineyards of the island of Ustica, where the grapes are left to dry in the sun to concentrate the grape's primary aromas. This wine expresses an intense and enveloping bouquet, with dominant notes of candied orange peel, dried figs, and orange blossom honey, enriched by a mineral nuance typical of the lava soil.
On the palate it reveals a sweetness balanced by a vibrant acidity, which makes the sip deep and never cloying.
Its velvety structure and persistent finish make it excellent as an after-dinner drink, ideal when paired with Sicilian dry pastries or strong blue cheeses.
