Moscato Passito Fausta Mansia is produced in the heart of the Syracuse area, where the grapes are left to dry to concentrate the varietal's typical aromas. This wine expresses an enveloping aromatic bouquet, characterized by notes of candied orange peel, orange blossom honey, and dried apricot.
On the palate it reveals a balanced sweetness, supported by a pleasant mineral sapidity and a freshness that makes the sip harmonious and never heavy.
Its velvety texture and lingering finish make it excellent as an after-dinner drink, ideal when paired with typical Sicilian pastries, desserts, or soft cheeses.
