Distilleria Francesco

Distilleria Francesco is an artisanal distillery based in Santa Massenza (Trentino) where tradition and terroir come together to create spirits, grappa and liqueurs. Combining cellar, drying rooms and traditional bagnomaria stills with local vinacce and botanicals, the distillery crafts aromatic grappas, gins, amari and eaux-de-vie marked by clean taste and aromatic profiles tied to the Trentino landscape. 

Starting from grapes grown around Lake Santa Massenza, careful fermentation and distillation techniques produce single-varietal grappas, flavored spirits and herbal or fruit liqueurs that express the region’s botanical richness. These spirits are well suited to after-dinner moments or convivial tastings, offering a sensory experience rooted in Trentino’s distilling tradition.
