Hibiki whisky is made from a blend of malts and grains aged in different types of barrels, mainly Japanese Mizunara oak.
On the nose, it presents floral notes of rose and jasmine, accompanied by delicate nuances of ripe fruit, spices and sandalwood.
On the palate, it is soft and velvety, with a perfect balance between sweetness and complexity. Notes of honey, vanilla, chocolate and a light touch of smoke are perceived. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of spice and wood.
The bottle is a masterpiece of design, inspired by Japanese tradition. The pattern on the glass represents the passage of the seasons, symbolized by snow, moon and flowers.
