Ulrich Marolo Red Vermouth
The Ulrich Marolo Red Vermouth is fresh, delicately spicy and balsamic with notes of bitter orange, gentian and lemon balm.
Originally, its color was amber, because browned sugar, also called burnt, was used and not caramel, a more aggressive coloring, added for a dark shade.
Marolo, faithful to the original recipe from 1854, has rediscovered the Vermouth Rosso in its essence: the burnt sugar does not alter the aromatic composition, which enhances the notes of orange peel, gentian and Piedmontese lemon balm. A must at any time of the day: special on the rocks, it is at its best neat, garnished with a slice of orange.
