The Rhum Trinidad and Tobago La Maison du Rhum ages in Ex-Bourbon barrels with ex-Sherry Amontillado finish for five months.
On the nose notes of burnt wood and vanilla; a strong attack on the palate that evolves towards tobacco, cigar and hints of liquorice on the mid-palate. Nice long finish with notes of dried fruit.
