Paesano Sicilian Lemon Liqueur 20 cl
All the lemons used to create Paesano lemon liqueur are peeled by hand and infused in larger quantities than commercial limoncellos, according to a traditional Italian recipe. In fact, almost 200g of lemon peel are used in lemon liqueur for each liter of product, without the addition of artificial flavourings.
To sweeten the limoncello liqueur, the lemons are infused, together with the peels, and the orange blossom flowers. The orange blossom is the flower of the lemon plant that is pollinated by bees in the summer season. The pollen contained in the flowers, released during the infusion, naturally sweetens the liqueur without the need for the addition of industrial sugar.
