I'M Idromiele Barricato Giorgio Poeta
The fermentation of honey in barrique gives life to "I'M Idromiele Barricato", a 13% enveloping and structured drink, which rests in barrique for a year.
It is produced from a blend of three honeys, sunflower, acacia and stachys and subsequently fermented and aged for 15 months in small French oak barrels. It has the color of gold and a crystalline shine.
It has an intense aroma and a surprisingly spicy nose, reminiscent of yellow fruit, pineapple and citrus fruits, candied ginger and saffron with an enveloping finish of honey and vanilla. It is rich and enveloping in the mouth, persistent, fresh and sweet.
