I'M Idromiele Classico Giorgio Poeta
“I'M Classic Idromiele” Giorgio Poeta is obtained from the fermentation of honey, in particular, of three different monofloral honeys (Stachys, Acacia, Girasole). It is obtained from the fermentation of honey with the addition of microbiologically pure water.
It has a straw yellow color and a transparent brilliance, which evolves with ageing. It opens with fruity notes of apple and white peach, then moves on to the scent of white acacia and jasmine flowers, until arriving at a slight memory of honey and sweet spices, cardamom and anise.
