Acacia honey Giorgio Poeta
Giorgio Poeta Acacia honey comes from the nectar of Robinia pseudoacacia L. flowers and other plant species in non-majority quantities.
With a straw yellow color almost tending to transparent, the flavor is sweet to very sweet, with vanilla tones reminiscent of sugared almonds. On the nose the scent is very weak and generally very fine.
It is one of the most appreciated honeys, even by children, for its easy miscibility and delicate flavour, which also qualify it as a simple sweetener.
