The Grappa di Barolo 2016 Marolo limited edition is a single-vineyard grappa. Its pomace comes exclusively from the grapes of the Brunate Additional Geographical Mention, the archetypal cru of Barolo from which some of the most iconic labels are obtained. It is also a vintage grappa, that is, belonging to the 2016 harvest, considered one of the most promising vintages of recent years: superb, balanced, out of the ordinary.

Hints of blackberries, violets and ripe red fruit blend perfectly with the balsamic and spicy notes given by slow aging in wood. A multi-faceted grappa, soft and with a playful soul, which enhances, in purity, the aromatic profile of one of the greatest Barolo crus.
