Gin 72 London Dry, a product of excellence, is the result of careful research, selection and combination of the best local raw materials from the Canary Islands and in particular from Fuertevenura.

Using traditional direct fire stills with a discontinuous cycle, Gin 72 is masterfully distilled according to an artisanal method which involves three distillation processes, during which 16 botanicals are used, including juniper berries, pink pepper, sage leaves, coriander, ginger and many others. It is also one of the few gins in the world that has seaweed in the recipe.
