The Domus Aurea Albana di Romagna Docg Passito is produced from selected Albana Delle Serre grapes subjected to natural drying hung on mobile frames, then vinified with soft pressing and fermentation in vitrified concrete tanks at a controlled temperature in the presence of selected yeasts.
It has a shiny golden yellow color with amber shades, a broad and persistent aroma with hints of raisins, honey and ripe fruit, a delicately sweet flavour.
