The beginnings

As a pharmacist - says Filippo Cornelio - I have always found immense satisfaction in mixing various plants, striving not only to create a pleasant taste but also a synergy that aids digestion and provides a sense of well-being after a good meal. This passion, born behind the pharmacy counter, was the spark that ignited my curiosity for the world of spirits.

The journey

My journey is one of experimentation, trials, and even mistakes, but the intoxicating aromas and intense flavors have always encouraged me to keep going. I have learned to understand different herbs, their properties, and how they interact with each other. I have discovered the importance of balance, patience, and attention to detail.

The Amaro

My first creation starts right here: L’Amaro, a bitter liqueur that embodies my experience, my passion for herbs, and my love for authentic flavors. From crafting a unique amaro, I gradually expanded my horizons, giving life to a range of spirits that span from vermouth to genepy, from Moscato grappa to gin. Each creation is an ode to nature, a harmony of carefully selected herbs and spices, a sensory experience that encapsulates history and tradition.
